LAPOP has an agreement with the University of Ottawa to provide access to the data sets. Students and faculty at this institution may now access the data obtained under this agreement  without having to resort to contacting LAPOP.  Under this agreement, University of Ottawa pledges to abide by its own Institutional Review Board requirements in the use and dissemination of this data.
