• Academic Training

On-Campus Employment

On-campus employment is limited to no more than 20 hours per week while school is in session.  Full-time employment (working more than 20 hours a week) is acceptable only during official school breaks such as Winter break, Spring break and Summer.

Off-Campus Employment

Off-Campus employment authorization is called Academic Training or AT.  You will find more information on Academic Training by clicking on the link at the top of this page.

Volunteering 

Volunteering must be a legitimate, advertised volunteer position in which you do not receive any type of compensation including financial.
