Official Notice: Office of Housing and Residential Education
Off-Campus Housing Fair

The Office of Housing and Residential Education plans to increase the number of off-campus authorizations for the 2012-13 academic year.  In an effort to ease this process for students, OHARE will host an Off-Campus Housing Fair.  To learn more about Nashville’s various properties in close proximity to Vanderbilt and to gather information about the off campus authorization process, be sure to attend the Off-Campus Housing Fair.

Who: ALL undergraduate students (including rising sophomores,
juniors, and seniors)

What: In response to the development of new college halls, the Office of Housing and Residential Education is hosting an Off-Campus Housing Fair to inform students of the various housing options in close proximity to Vanderiblt.

Where: Board of Trust Room, located in the Student Life Center
When: November 1, 2011, from 5-7pm
Why: OHARE will increase the number of off-campus housing authorizations; therefore, we are providing students with the opportunity to conduct their research for off-campus accommodations in a convenient location on campus – we are bringing the properties to you!
How do I go off campus? In order to live off campus, you must complete the application as instructed on the housing website.  Also, attend this fair to learn more about living off campus!
The off campus application will be available in early February.

Thank you for your time and we look forward to seeing YOU at the Off-Campus Housing Fair on November 1, 2011 at 5:00pm in the Board of Trust Room.

Remember,

THINK OUTSIDE THE BUBBLE!
