Housing Assignments Timeline

Room Reservation:

March 14 and 15: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Students can come into the Housing Assignments Office during these two days to reserve their current room.

Local Selection:

March 15 in the SLC Board of Trust Room

Towers 1 and 2 Singles/Doubles: 6:00 pm

Tolman: 6:30 pm

Cole: 7:00 pm

Branscomb and Blakemore:  7:30 pm

ALL BALLOT PROCEDURES TAKE PLACE ONLINE

Towers Suite Ballots: March 16, 12:00 am – March 17, 6:00 pm

4 Person Apartment Ballots: March 20, 12:00 am – March 21, 6:00 pm

2 Person Apartment Ballots: March 23, 12:00 am – March 24, 6:00 pm

Upperclass Singles/Doubles: March 27, 12:00 am – March 28, 6:00 pm

Rising Sophomore Ballots: March 30, 12:00 am – April 1, 6:00 pm
