Wellness Bash planned for Oct. 30th from 3 to 7 pm at the Rec Center

This fall the Vanderbilt Wellness Resource Center will celebrate our 24th year hosting the Wellness Bash.  The Wellness Resource Center mission is to assist the student’s population in creating optimal, physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

We offer a variety of resources including free body fat assessments, a resource library, brochures, wellbyte e-blasts, sexual health items, and much more.

Last year over 1,000 members of the Vanderbilt community experienced an event comprised of an array of interactive wellness booths, prizes, food, music, and much more during our showcase event.

We plan on this year’s event being the biggest yet. This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, October 30th, 2013 from 3 to 7 pm in the Recreation & Wellness Center.
