REGISTRATION: Jan 9-13 Sign up in the OCR,
Student Recreation Center M – F 9 am – 5 pm
ELIGIBILITY: Vanderbilt Students, Faculty/Staff
DIVISIONS: Men’s and Women’s UIB, Open A, B, C, Freshmen
LEVELS OF PLAY: A=Highly Skilled; B=Average; C=Less Skilled
INFORMATION:
$40 Entry Fee - due at time of registration by cash, check or 1180.
$10 Forfeit Fee (only) - CASH ONLY for Freshmen teams
Faculty/Staff teams - No Entry Fee
Faculty/Staff without Recreation Center membership must pay the $5 guest fee each night of play.

CLINICS

*All meetings/clinics meet in Classroom B of the Student Recreation.

First Aid Certification – CPR/First Aid classes will be offered:
Dec. 10, 2011, Jan. 21, 2012 and Feb. 25, 2012
Be sure to register as soon as possible. Class size is limited to 15 participants based on first come, first served and will fill up quickly!
Cost: $120 (Payment is due at the time of registration.
(Please make checks payable to Vanderbilt University.)
To register, stop by the Office of Campus Recreation during office hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. For more information call 343-8186. No Phone Reservations. Classes are held in Classroom A & B of the Student Recreation Center.
