Private Boxing Lessons

Coach Tramaine Crook will now be offering private boxing lessons in addition to the beginner and advanced clinics. Registration information can be found online on the VRWC website or in the main office.

Individual: $50.00/hour

Groups of 2+: $35.00/person/hour

1. Print and fill out the registration packet.

2. Bring your packet and payment into the Office of Campus Recreation (Mon-Fri, 8-5pm).

3. Coach T will contact you to set up your training times

VRWC Field Day:

End of the semester stress getting to you? Come out to the VRWC to enjoy a reminder of the fun times in elementary school. Join us Saturday, April 11 from 11 AM -€“ 2 PM for the Vanderbilt Field Day 2015. We will have tournament games, indoor games, individual games, and a 5K Fun Run from 2-€“4 PM!

Wednesday April 8, 1:30 -€“ 2:30PM Chickpeas Roasted for Added Flavor

Asian-inspired flavors of ginger, garlic and sesame oil pack a big punch for these roasted chickpeas. Taste samples and receive the recipe preparing a flavorful dish for an upcoming meal or snack

The Life Phase Series is a monthly lunch and learn on an assortment of topics to support a well-balanced life.

Join guest speakers Rosa Berger and Nick Thomas, Assistant Vice Presidents for Fifth Third Bank, as they return following their February presentation -€œMy Finances: Need to Know-€ for a second more in-depth financial planning session. This presentation will include information to help support your plan for strategically identifying the best use of your money, accomplishing financial goals, and learning how to budget according to your needs and wants.

Lunch will be provided, and attendees will have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing for a gift card.
