In his presentation, Professor Chiozza (Associate Professor of Political Science) will provide an overview of the features of warfare in the 21st century. He will discuss how technologies have moved war to new realms; how unconventional war has become the predominant paradigm of war; and how democratic societies will have to rethink their approach to war if they want to tame war.
