Hometown: Hendersonville, TN
School: Peabody School of Education
Major(s): Human and Organizational Development
Minors(s): Corporate Strategy

Catherine developed a passion for serving others as she grew up in a community-focused family and church. As a result, she has sought to combine her faith-based values, ideals of servant leadership, and interest in business during her time at Vanderbilt. In addition to working with organizations such as Preston Taylor Ministries and Room in the Inn, Catherine had the opportunity to partner with local farmers markets to develop a food recovery program for The Nashville Food Project. She has also served as leadership and service chair for her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, and as a leader and volunteer coordinator in her campus ministry, The Navigators.  In the classroom, Catherine is pursuing a degree that prepares students to find solutions to human problems in communities and organizations. She plans to use her degree and interests in business to continue serving after graduation. Currently, Catherine serves as the social media and communications director for Small World Yoga, and she is interning with a local communications firm.
