Welcome to Inclusion Initiatives & Cultural Competence at Vanderbilt University! IICC is dedicated to promoting transformative learning and contributing to the cultivation of a community where the dignity of all people is respected. IICC develops curricula and trainings to support cultural competency, reflection of cultural complexities that influence behavior, and exploration and development of holistic identities. Through our work, we support the needs of our diverse population of faculty, staff, and students and help to move the Vanderbilt community from “Awareness to Action”.
I invite you to explore our website to learn more about the staff, students, programs, and services in IICC. We look forward to seeing and serving you in our offices.
