VANDERBILT ERGONOMICS PROGRAM

THE ERGONOMICS PROGRAM IS HERE TO HELP YOU WORK COMFORTABLY AND SAFELY!

Ergonomics is the science of fitting workplace conditions and job demands to the capabilities of the worker. The use of ergonomic practices in the workplace can minimize fatigue and discomfort, reduce the risk of developing a musculoskeletal disorder such as tendonitis, and help increase productivity.

Conduct your own office ergonomics workstation evaluation.Conduct your own office ergonomics workstation evaluation. You will be able to print out the recommendations to share with your supervisor. The evaluation will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete.
