ExploreHealthCareers.org is a free multi-disciplinary, interactive health careers website designed to explore the array of health professions and provide easy access to students seeking information about health careers. This website is a joint initiative involving national foundations, professions associations, health career advisors, educational institutions, and college students. Their mission is to help solve two urgent probelms in American health care: the under-representation of minorities in the workforce and the lack of health professions in medically underserved communities. They hope to address these problems by helping more of today's students become the health professions of tomorrow. ExploreHealthCareers.org gives students a reliable, and comprehensive source of accurate, up-to-date informaon about the heatlh professions. This includes informaton on and links to health-related education/training programs, financial aid resources, specialized learning opportunities, and current issues in health care.
