Great Performances is pleased to announce an unprecedented season of performances and arts opportunities. This 34th year continues to recognize international excellence as the mid- South’s, longest-running performing arts series. We welcome you to experience these arts makers from both abroad and our North American continent with all performances delivering authentic forms. Thank you to the many who keep coming back and warm greetings to new audience members. You are invited to take risks, find escapes, and ask questions. We hope these shows define the inspiration produced by great works. Together we continue to create the canon for 21st century art. Enjoy.

Premium seating is available for every Great Performances event. The full season is performed in two (2) locations — the state of the art Ingram Hall at Vanderbilt’s Blair School of Music and the newly renovated Langford Auditorium at the Vanderbilt Medical Center. The deadline to purchase the series for renewals is August 22nd and first-time subscribers September 5th.

To purchase the full subscription series, bring valid employee ID and completed order form to 207 Sarratt Student Center or call 615.322.2471 for fax information and all details. The deadline to purchase this series is September 5th. Limit two subscriptions per ID.

The FLEXPASS Choose any 4 performances

Premium seating is available for four (4) performances. The deadline to purchase the FLEXPASS is August 22nd for renewals and your favorite seats. The deadline for first-time subscribers is September 5th.

Renewing Subscribers
Subscriptions are filled in the order which requests are received. Series tickets will be mailed to both renewing and first time subscribers prior on or before September 9, 2008.

Single Tickets

Tickets: $36, $32, and $28. ALL SINGLE TICKETS GO ON SALE August 29. You may purchase your individual tickets through:

1. Sarratt Box Office and avoid handling fees - located in the lobby of the Sarratt Student Center; open Sunday-Saturday 10 a.m.-8 p.m., 615.343.3361 (cash and checks only)
2. All Ticketmaster outlets
3. Ticketmaster Telecharge at 615.255.9600. Monday-Saturday 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday noon-6 p.m.

Senior Discounts
Tickets: $3 discount for individuals age 60 and over on single tickets only.

Group and Community Discounts
Groups of ten or more receive $3 discount off each ticket. For group discounts call 615.343.3361.

Regional Students Take Notice
Preschool aged children and students in elementary through college age may purchase tickets to Great Performances events at a discounted rate of $10 with a valid ID. These tickets are only available at Sarratt Box Office and all Ticketmaster outlets (no internet or phone orders).

Vanderbilt Student and Faculty/Staff Tickets
Tickets: VU Students $5 / VU Faculty/Staff $14. Vanderbilt students with a current ID may purchase one (1) discounted ticket. Faculty and staff may purchase up to 2 (two) tickets per event on ly at the Sarratt Box Office or at the venue Box Office.

ONLY CASH, CHECKS AND CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR AND SARRATT BOX OFFICE.
