General Overview
Vanderbilt employees
who have a work-related injury or illness may be entitled to benefits
under the Tennessee Workers' Compensation Act. An employee may be
eligible for both medical and weekly disability benefits for compensable
injuries or illnesses pursuant to this law. The Risk and Insurance
Management Department receives and processes claims under this Act.
