- Currently I am a co-editor for the 2009 AAUSC volume which will focus on "Principles and Practices of the Standards in College Foreign Language Education", under the direction of Prof. Virginia Scott.
- I am currently working, under the direction of Prof. Dieu-Porter on the instructors ressource manual for the new "Points de Depart", a new elementary french coursepack due in 2008, published by Prentice Hall.

2006-2007: graduate research assistants for Dr. Virginia Scott, with whom we conducted a neurolinguistic study exploring brain functioning during lexical processing of adult monolingual L2 learners. For this fascinating project we worked with a wonderful team at the Vanderbilt University Institute for Imaging Science with whom we conducted the fMRI study.

2005-2006: Dr. Scott and my colleagues (Ingrid Schwab and Olivia Grenvicz) investigated to what extent talking about the Standards in the classroom motivate L2 students. We presented our research at the ACTFL conference in Nashville on November 19th. 2006 Our talk was entitled "Discovering Language Learning: Talking about the Standards in the Classroom."
