This computer-based training (CBT) covers the Privilege Management (PM) application for Privilege Reviewers and Approvers who approve or reject high-risk privilege assignments requiring workflow. The training will instruct you on how to view and interpret your worklist in PM and how to accept or reject proposed privilege assignments for your area.

Objectives
After viewing this training, you will be able to:
- Access and interpret your worklist in PM.
- Assess proposed assignments for proper segregation of duties.
- View detailed privilege information (when necessary) before approving or rejecting an assignment.
- Approve and reject proposed assignments.
- Add comments to rejected assignments to inform the admin of the reason for the denial.

Audience
University and VUMC employees who approve and reject proposed privileges requiring workflow in PM.
- Target: Privilege Management Reviewers and Approvers.

Prerequisites
Required:
- You must possess either the Privilege Reviewer or Privilege Approver role in Privilege Management.
Recommended:
- Familiarity with the various ways cost centers and home departments are grouped (i.e., "rolled up") for giving access to various applications like eDog, Waldo, DMS, etc.
- Familiarity with the cost centers, home departments and sumtos for your department or area.
- Familiarity with the concepts of segregation of duties and how they apply to your area.
