 Course Description: Business Objects XI InfoView Basics for Report Viewers
This online computer based training (CBT) is designed for both University Central and VUMC employees who will use Business Objects XI´s InfoView, a web-based tool, to access and view reports within their universes. Examples of some reports published in InfoView include HR Reports, ePAC, DMS, and APPO reports.
Delivery Format: Computer-based training
Objectives
After training, students will be able to:
  • Explain what Business Objects XI InfoView is.
  • Log into InfoView.
  • Navigate to the desired report.
  • Refresh report data.
  • Save and print reports.
Audience
University and VUMC employees who use (or will use) InfoView to access and view pre-created reports via the Internet.
Prerequisites
Required:
  • none.
Recommended:
  • Check with the department publishing the report(s) you will view to see if any training specific to the reports is available. (Note that not all InfoView reports require training before use.)
Duration
Approximate time to complete module is 10 minutes.
