Course Description: InfoView 6.5 Computer Based Training (CBT)
This online computer based training (CBT) is designed for both University Central and VUMC employees who access reports, such as ePAC and APPO, via the InfoView tool. In this online training, users will learn about InfoView itself-not any particular reports contained in InfoView. Specifically, users will learn how to navigate in InfoView, the purpose of each tab in InfoView, and how to customize user settings.

Objectives
After training, students will be able to:
Describe the features and benefits of InfoView.
Log into InfoView.
Navigate in InfoView to access a desired report.
Configure InfoView options to accommodate personal preferences and reporting needs.
Audience
University and VUMC employees who view reports via InfoView.
Prerequisites
Required:
A user must have Business Objects access to a universe to view reports through InfoView.

Duration
Approximate time to complete Module 1 is 20 minutes and Module 2 is 25 minutes. (Total of 45 min.)

Accessing the CBT
Click the link to Module 1 below to begin InfoView training. You will be prompted to enter your VUnet ID and ePassword before accessing the course. When you have finished Module 1, you can continue to Module 2 or resume training at a later time.
