Important Dates for Fall Semester 2012

  • August 18: First-Year student move-in begins at 7 a.m.
  • August 19-25: New Student Orientation (CommonVU)
  • August 19: Upperclass residence halls open at 9 a.m.
  • August 22: First day of class
  • October 4-5: Fall Break
  • October 12-14: Family Weekend
  • October 26-28: Homecoming
  • Novmeber 17: Residence halls close at 9 a.m. for Thanksgiving holidays
  • November 25: Residence halls re-open at 9 a.m.
  • December 6: Last day of classes for fall semester
  • December 7-15: Reading days and examinations
  • December 16: Residence halls close at 9 a.m. for winter break
