Peabody Intern Description

Objective: Seeking Peabody Intern interested in gaining experience in applying theories and knowledge in international and student affairs.

Paid internship

Intern would gain practical experience in the following:

1. Academic advising for international students preparing application into university, which includes direct contact with and regular submission of reports to advisors from their sponsoring agencies.
2. Coordinating International Teaching Assistant (ITA) Language Partner (LP) program tasks, ranging from the very initial recruiting effort and hiring to ITA evaluation and results follow-up.
3. Constant interaction with international students and instructors on various matters of student orientation and language programming.
4. Utilization of different education materials and devices and data-managing programs; etc.

Unpaid Internship

Intern would gain practical experience in the following: TBA
