Carrie Cargile, Senior Language Teaching Specialist

Carrie Cargile earned an M.A. in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University and an M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from Portland State University. Her bachelor’s degree is in Spanish from East Carolina University. Ms. Cargile has served as a teacher trainer, instructor, curriculum design specialist, and program coordinator in higher education and NGO settings, both domestically and overseas. She has extensive experience working with pre- and in-service ESL/EFL teachers and refugee communities. Her professional interests include teacher training and program development.
