Economics Major (33 hours total)
Prerequisites
* Calculus (1 semester, 2 semesters recommended)
Core Courses (15 hours)
* Econ 100
* Econ 101
* Econ 150 or 155
* Econ 231
* Econ 232
Elective Courses (18 hours)
* 18 credit hours of economics courses (ECON 115 will count as an elective here).
* at least 9 hours of courses numbered 250 and above.
* no more than 3 hours of independent study (except honors students).
*There are two alternatives to ECON 150 or ECON 155: Math 218 and 219 or Math 218, 218L, and ECON 253. ECON 253 will also count as an elective.
