From Culture Wars to Common Ground: Religion and the American Family Debate…A Symposium
Friday, February 27, 1998, time and place TBA.

The Carpenter Program will hold two panel discussions on the book From Culture Wars to Common Ground: Religion and the American Family Debate, by Don S. Browning, Bonnie J. Miller-McLemore, Pamela D. Couture, K. Brynolf Lyon, and Robert M. Franklin. This study is the summary work of the twelve-volume Religion, Culture, and Family series, published by Westminster/John Knox, and sponsored by the Lilly Endowment. Participants include pastoral care specialists, church historians, theologians, sociologists, and ethicists.
