The Carpenter Program will hold two panel discussions on the book
From Culture Wars to Common Ground: Religion and the American Family
Debate, by Don S. Browning, Bonnie J. Miller-McLemore, Pamela D.
Couture, K. Brynolf Lyon, and Robert M. Franklin. This study is
the summary work of the twelve-volume Religion, Culture, and Family
series, published by Westminster/John Knox, and sponsored by the
Lilly Endowment. Participants include pastoral care specialists,
church historians, theologians, sociologists, and ethicists.
