Commencement 2012 - Dining on Campus

Vanderbilt Dining welcomes graduates and families to dine in our facilities Commencement Week.

Chef James Bistro (Sarratt Student Center) - offers a variety of gourmet entrees and sides, soup, coffee and grab and go meals.
May 7-9: 7am - 1:30pm
May 10: 7am - 2pm
May 11: 7am - 2pm
 

Rand Dining Center (Sarratt Student Center) - offers coffee, breakfast, and lunch including salad bar, deli sandwiches, world cuisine, Mexican and burgers.
May 10, 7am - 2pm (Boxed Lunch pickup 10:30am - 1:30pm)
May 11, 7am - 2pm (Boxed Lunch pickup 10:30am - 1:30pm)
 

Junior Varsity Market (Sarratt Student Center) - located on the second floor oustide of Rand Dining Center offers convenience items, bottled beverages, snacks and grab and go items such as sandwiches and salads.
May 7-9: 10am - 2pm
May 10: 7am - 4pm
May 11: 6:30am - 4pm
 

The Commons (Peabody) - offers coffee, breakfast, and lunch including salad bar, grill featuring chicken and burgers, pasta, pizza oven, chef's table, wok and deli sandwiches.
May 7-11, 8am - 2pm

Common Grounds (The Commons) - coffee shop/store offering grab & go meals, beverages, snacks, and sundries.
May 7-11, 8am - 5pm

 

Varsity Towers (First Floor - Carmichael Towers East) - offers convenience items, coffee, bottled and fountain beverages, snacks and grab & go items such as sandwiches, salads, fruit and more.
May 9 -12: 3pm - 9pm

Varsity Morgan (First Floor Morgan) - offers convenience items, coffee, bottled and fountain beverages, snacks and grab & go items such as sandwiches, salads, fruit and more.                         May 7-11: 3pm - 9pm
 

Food for Thought Cafe (First Floor, Main Library) - coffee shop offering grab & go meals, hot soup and panini of the day, beverages, snacks, and pastries.
May 7-10, 9:30am - 2pm                                                                                                                       May 11, 8am - 2pm                                                                                                                           

Boxed Lunches

Commencement Boxed Lunches will be offered on Thursday, May 10 and Friday, May 11. Location for pick up is Rand Dining Center.

Thursday's Menu (pickup 10:30am - 1:30pm):

• Roast Turkey and Swiss on Pretzel Bread (Lettuce, Tomato, Mustard and Mayo)
• Whole Fruit, Pasta Salad, Potato Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Commemorative Chocolate Coin
• Vegetarian Option: Grilled Spring Vegetable Spinach Wrap with Herbed Cream Cheese
• $10

Friday's Menu (pickup 10:30am - 1:30pm):

• BBQ Chicken and Chipolte Wrap
• Whole Fruit, Five Bean Salad, Sun Chips, Brownie, Commemorative Chocolate Coin
• Vegetarian Option: Mediterranean Spinach Wrap (Hummus Tabouli, Feta and Mesculin Greens)
• $10
