Important Fall 2009 Registration Dates for First-Time Undergraduate Transfer Students
Late May - Course registration packets mailed by each undergraduate school
June 8-26 - Advisers are available to talk with students by phone
(Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CDT)
Students should follow their respective school’s instructions regarding speaking with an adviser prior to submitting course requests for the fall term. Advisers are available to assist students in choosing appropriate courses to meet their first-year requirements.
Registration: Course request period
During this first phase of registration, students select the courses they wish to take for the fall term. Course limits are not enforced and courses will not be closed during this phase of registration regardless of when students make their course requests. Since this is a request phase only, students are not guaranteed to get any course or any day and time they request.
July 27-Aug 25 - Students may request some changes to their course enrollments
Students may drop, add, or change sections of a course depending on course availability. Course limits are enforced during this period. Details of specific dates and registration options will be provided by your school.
August 19 - Deadline for payment of tuition and fees
To prevent registrations being cancelled, payments must be received in the Office of Student Accounts by the close of business on August 19.
