Group Mail Tutorial (Using Vanderbilt Webmail)To connect to group mailboxes via VUwebmail, make sure you select VUGroupMail at the login screen before hitting the login button. 
The next screen will always be empty of content. To select your group mailbox, click on FOLDERS. 
This will open the folder maintenance screen. At the bottom, you will see a list of all the group mailboxes to which you have access. 
Select the mailbox to which you wish to subscribe and click the Subscribe button. You will now see your mailbox move over to the subscribed box on the left. 
You may repeat the process with multiple mailboxes. When you are finished, click "refresh folder list" and the subscribed folders will now appear in the black bar at the left of the screen. 
Once complete, simply click on the mailbox to open the contents. Subscribed folders are stored so you will only need to repeat the process when adding or removing mailboxes.
