Opening Retreat
August 11-15, 2014
During Opening Retreat, the Curb Scholars engaged in several creative workshops, culminating in John Bielenberg’s “Ingenuity Blitz” program. This took the Scholars to The Farm, an intentional community in Summertown, Tennessee, which led them to consider ideas of utopia as they brainstormed ideas for this year’s projects.
