This week, the Curb Scholars met at the Vanderbilt Fine Arts Gallery in Cohen Memorial Hall. They were given a tour of the current exhibit, “Memento Mori,” to get an idea of how an exhibit comes together to tell a story. From there, the Scholars examined the pieces of art they requested prior to their visit. They split into two groups, took photos and notes to remember their thoughts, and worked toward curating their own “exhibit” that would tell an original story based on the works of art they observed.
