Coffee & Company

A group of Curb Scholars, led by Jonathan Tari and Rose Thompson, implemented one of their spring semester projects, Coffee & Company. They offered free coffee to students passing by in Rand; the only requirement was to sit a while and have a conversation with someone else at the table. Ideally, this project would allow students to meet people they wouldn’t have otherwise met, and the Scholars reported that many unique conversations took place because of the event.
