Resilience Narratives: Failure, Chaos, and Chance Events

Building on the “Chaos Theory of Careers,” this grant builds first-year studentsʼ resilience and capacity to reflect in the face of chance events and failures. The grant also will leverage the Storybooth to record stories that will be screened during a dinner conversation, followed by reflection.
