Conflict of Interest Disclosure System

The Conflict of Interest Disclosure System ("CIDS") has been designed for use by universities, particularly those that conduct considerable academic research. CIDS provides an interface that permits faculty and staff to complete their conflict of interest disclosure on-line. It also permits the conflict of interest administrator to assign those who are responsible for approving conflict of interest disclosures and allows those approvers to review, return and/or approve an assigned employee’s disclosure. CIDS provides recommended action plans for those reporting conflicts and an automated email reminder process.
