Incoming MTAs from Not-for-Profit
Incoming from Not-for-Profit:
If the UBMTA Implementing Letter is sent to the Vanderbilt P.I. from the outside institution, the Implementing Letter should be signed by the P.I. and sent to MTAShare@Vanderbilt.edu.
If another form of MTA is sent to the Vanderbilt P.I. from the outside institution, do not sign it but send it to MTAShare@Vanderbilt.edu for review by a licensing officer and approval by a duly authorized Vanderbilt signatory.
Future phases of MTAShare, Vanderbilt's automated system for processing and managing MTAs, will be able to manage incoming MTAs from not-for-profit institutions.
