Leadership Development Breakfasts
The Cal Turner Program for Moral Leadership hosts a series of Leadership Development Breakfasts over the academic year. As a cross-professional program, we invite leaders from a variety of organizations representing various professional domains to share their leadership knowledge and skills. This breakfast series is held in the Reading Room in the Divinity School from 7:30 - 9:00am.
Leadership Workshops
In our Leadership Workshops participants have the opportunity to work intensively on key issues in leadership. Last year's topics included, "Leading Change," "Getting the Good Done," and "Developing Ourselves and Others as Leaders." These workshops are 3 hour engagements, and are led by exceptional facilitators. They are fun and engaging, and grounded in cutting edge research. These workshops are meant to improve participants' abilities as leaders and to help create more humane and effective organizations. All workshops are held in the Reading Room in the Divinity School 9:00am - 12:30pm.
Leadership Breakfasts
We are inviting leaders from different sectors of society to come and lead us in conversation. We have asked our speakers to address a time in their career when they faced a significant leadership challenge or failure and to describe what they learned from it. The Leadership Breakfasts are held at the University Club from 7:30 - 9:00am
