CSLS Omeka Working Group

The goal of the group is to motivate us to start on individual projects in Omeka and to support each other in these endeavors.

Please note, this is not a training class. The goal of the group is to encourage you to explore the functionality of Omeka, with monthly progress. Our meetings will serve to discuss Omeka use, look at projects and think about issues related to Omeka use.

For our next meeting, you are tasked with the following:

1. Read and understand this article about Dublin Core metadata. Please focus on items #1 and #4 in this article.
2. Upload five items to an OMEKA collection or exhibit, and complete the Dublin Core metadata section.
