Camille D. Burge
Graduate Student
Fields of study: American Politics, Comparative Politics
Camille joined the Vanderbilt University Department of Political Science in the Fall of 2008. Prior to attending Vanderbilt University, Camille was a participant in the Summer 2007 American Political Science Association Ralph Bunche Summer Institute at Duke University under the direction of Dr. Paula D. McClain. While at Bethune-Cookman University, Camille served as the Vice-President of the Student Government Association, Women's Senate Vice-President, NAACP President and Recording Secretary for the Model United Nations. Camille currently serves as the Department of Political Science Representative to the Graduate Student Council and is an active member of the Organization of Black Graduate and Professional Students. Camille is also an active member of the Urban League Young Professionals of Middle Tennessee and Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Incorporated
