Summer Accommodation Options

Our shared apartments are furnished with a common living room, a small kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, cupboards, a bathroom and two to four bedrooms which can be utilized as a single and as a double or two to four singles. The apartment single room cost is $38 per night per person, with the apartment double room costs only $28 per night per person.

$250 non-refundable deposit per participant is needed with your application. All accommodations must be paid in full before check in. The Office of Conferences will provide the estimated cost and payment that must be received 15 days prior to check in. Refunds will not be issued 9 days or less than your scheduled check out.

This special housing option has been designed to accommodate students working directly with Vanderbilt departments as well as organizations offering learning opportunities in Nashville’s business and non-profit community. Accommodations are available for researchers, interns and students working on special projects.

Employers and Sponsors

Through the Vanderbilt Office of Conferences, the Summer Intern Housing Program is equipped to offer a one-stop shop. Best of all, you will receive a single invoice including all services rendered. To arrange to sponsor an intern, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you in the application process.
