:: Map of Meeting Accommodations

You can easily walk across the campus within 15 minutes. All of our buildings stand shoulder-to-shoulder, evidence that Vanderbilt is a common enterprise, a varied but cohesive community.

Many options are available on campus for meetings. Some of the most popular include the recently renovated Wilson Hall. It contains two lecture halls that can seat 296 and 129, and several classrooms with seating for 20 to 60 people, most with a/v already built in. In addition, there is a lobby area for breaks and a terrace and lawn for outdoor functions.

Furman is a beautifully appointed building that contains a lecture hall to accommodate 214 and several classrooms with seating for 12 to 50 people. As with all meeting space on campus, audio/visual equipment is either available in the room or it can be rented from an outside source. Langford Auditorium is a state-of-the-art facility adjacent to the medical center. It seats up to 1,154 people and includes a 28′ x 60′ stage. A truly impressive meeting site, it’s ideal for speakers, general sessions, and performances.

Vanderbilt University Law School has completed a four-year renovation process adding 70,000 square feet of new space to the building. Rooms are available in various sizes and seating styles to suit almost any need. There are rooms that reflect classroom/lecture hall style seating. Others include conference and meeting room styles all of which can seat anywhere from 12-245 people. Some of the featured and more popular rooms include the Flynn Auditorium, Faculty Conference Room, and the Alumni Room. All of our rooms can be equipped with the latest technology. Lobby and courtyard space are also available for receptions, lunches, dinner parties, and more. In addition, the Law School has video conferencing capabilities.
