Strength and Conditioning
The goal of the Vanderbilt Strength and Conditioning
staff is to help individuals improve their athletic
performance and minimize the potential for injury. They
create workouts not only specific to the sport but to
the individual athletes as well. The staff also creates
year-long workout programs tailored around a student-athlete's
class schedule. This allows for a great deal of one-on-one
supervision.
