Commodores Make All-SEC

Nashville -- For the fourth straight year, Vanderbilt senior
Jennifer Burchett has been named a member of the All-SEC team. Burchett
was selected by the league's twelve coaches to the team. No other player
in the conference has been selected to the All-SEC team in each of their
four years.
Joining Burchett on the team is freshman Laura Koerner. Koerner currently
leads the 1996 Commodores in all statistical categories with 38 points,
15 goals and 9 assists. She is only the third Vanderbilt freshman to be
selected to the All-SEC team, following Jennifer Burchett and Jenger Burchett
with that honor.
