RESULTS FROM DAY ONE - DISTANCE EVENTS

NASHVILLE, Tenn ­ Vanderbilt University will host the Vanderbilt Track and Field Invitational Friday and Saturday (April 19-20) at the Vanderbilt Track located on the Vanderbilt campus at Natchez Trace and Blakemore Avenue. The distance events begin the meet on Friday from 7 - 9 p.m. The field and running events are scheduled for Saturday from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Twenty teams from the states of Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee will compete in the invitational. The defending menšs national champion Tennessee will have 17 athletes on hand.
