2001-02 (Sophomore): Set a personal high in singles wins with 14 … played
at the No. 3 and 4 singles positions throughout the season … was one of four
Vanderbilt players to win 10 or more singles dual matches … picked up a crucial
singles point against Ohio State in the first round of the NCAA team championship
when he defeated Adrian Bohane … in same dual match, he teamed up with Josh
Tarkoff to defeat Bohane and Vince Ng to win the doubles point for the Commodores
… went 4-3 with Tarkoff in SEC dual matches.
2000-01 (Freshman): Played at several positions during the year, earning
an overall record of 13-20...Advanced to the quarterfinals of the doubles draw
at the MTSU Fall Invitational...Finished third in both singles and doubles at
the Nike/Fighting Illini Fall Invitational...Competed in the ITA All-American
in the fall...Defeated No. 74 George Matijasevic of Auburn at No. 2 in April
High School/Juniors: Ranked in the Top 40 national
rankings, as well as a Top 6 in the South region for 18s...Member
of the South's USTA Intersectional team that went undefeated
at the University of South Carolina tournament in 1999...Finalist
