Ehst Named to Academic
All-District Team May 27, 1997Kristin Ehst was named to the GTE Academic All-America Women's Spring At-Large Team for District IV, it was announced today. Ehst was named to thesecond team. Ehst, a sophomore from Bally, Pa., who boasts a 3.9 gpa (biology/pre-med) and led the Commodores in scoring, was the only lacrosse player named to either the first or second team. The "At-Large" team includes student athletes from sports such as tennis,
track/cross country, and lacrosse. District IV covers the states of Michigan,
Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, and Alabama. Voting is conducted by members
of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
