Vanderbilt Single Game Tickets Go on Sale Thursday; Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, MTSU Top Attractions 7/30/02

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Individual tickets to Vanderbilt football games, featuring such opponents as Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina and Middle Tennessee, go on sale to the public Thursday, August 1.

Tickets to the seven-game schedule are available at the Vanderbilt Ticket Office in the McGugin Center, by phone (1-877-44-VANDY or 322-GOLD) or at the Commodores’ official website, www.vucommodores.com.

Commodore Ticket Manager Marty McGinty said purchases through the Internet site might be the quickest way to obtain individual tickets.

“Simply because of the quality of our home schedule, our phone lines are going to be extremely busy Thursday and Friday. Buying tickets at our website might be the most convenient way for our fans to get their tickets,” McGinty said.

The public also can buy tickets at the Vanderbilt Ticket Office, located on Jess Neely Drive across from Gate 3 of Vanderbilt Stadium. The office is staffed Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
