NASHVILLE, Tennessee (Ticker) -- Corey Jenkins passed for 180 yards and ran for 97 and a touchdown as South Carolina handed Vanderbilt a 12th consecutive Southeastern Conference defeat, 20-14.

The Commodores led, 14-10, after Jay Cutler completed an 11-yard toss to M.J. Garrett with 8:58 remaining in the third quarter. But Jenkins capped an 11-play, 75-yard drive with a 12-yard run to put the Gamecocks back on top with 4:05 to play in the period.

Daniel Weaver's 29-yard field goal with 1:41 to go in the fourth quarter provided the final margin.

Jenkins completed 15-of-21 passes with one interception for South Carolina (3-2, 1-1 SEC East), which won its second straight game following consecutive losses to Virginia and SEC rival Georgia.

Cutler was 10-of-19 for 105 yards, two touchdowns and one interception for the Commodores (1-4, 0-3), who defeated Kentucky in their penultimate game of the 2000 season but have not won in the SEC since.
