Prospects
A major surprise of the spring, Bourque impressed coaches and teammates with his foot speed and enthusiasm. Despite stature, runs with determination and has excellent burst.

High School
Team captain as senior... Two-year starter (LB and RB)... Named All-Parish LB... Squad went to state 4A quarterfinals both seasons... Also played outfield and served as captain of baseball team... Three-year starter on baseball squad that went to semifinals... Ran sprints and relays in track... Was active in powerlifting, winning regional title and twice finishing second in state competition... Maintained 3.9 GPA and member of National Honor Society... Involved with student ministry.

Academics
He will earn his undergraduate degree in chemistry this May from the School of Arts and Science.
