Prospects
Arkan is a top contender to start at offensive right tackle, finishing spring practice slightly ahead of redshirt freshman Nigel Seaman. Gained valuable game experience last season, starting two games after an injury to Justin Geisinger. Quality offseason strength and conditioning program will provide huge boost to Arkan.

First action as a Commodore was successful as his line support helped ‘Dores score TD vs. Florida... The next week, Arkan was with first unit due to Geisinger’s injury... First start came in front of 103,000 spectators in Knoxville... Played quality game in season finale versus Ole Miss.

High Honor Roll as junior and senior. Academics Arkan is a political science major, and has earned Dean’s List status for last three semesters. He is hoping for an international business career.

Brother, Erol, played football at Iowa State and Slippery Rock (PA) University... His grandfather played football at San Jose State in the 1930s.
