Dear High School Baseball Coach,

I hope all is well with you and your team as you prepare for the upcoming baseball season. I know you will be busy with your own schedule, but I did want to invite you and your team to come watch our Vanderbilt Baseball team play at home on Charles Hawkins Field. We are wrapping up our pre-season practices and looking forward to our first home game on February 18th versus East Tennessee State. I am very excited about the upcoming season and hope that you and your team can be a part of it. If there is a day that you and your team can come, we can provide free admission to the players and your staff.

Enclosed is a schedule of our 2003 season (home games in bold) and a reservation form that you can fill out for tickets. Take a look at the schedule and select a game that you and your team would like to attend. Due to NCAA rules we will need you to also send a list of your players, coaches, and managers that will attend. You may fax the reservation form and attendance list to Jillian Danker at (615) 343-0023. If you have any questions or need further information, please call Jillian at (615) 343-5462.

I enjoyed being able to speak at the state baseball clinic this year and hope that in some way, we at Vanderbilt can help support Tennessee baseball. Best of luck and I hope to see you this spring!
