Housing at the Commons

RESERVATION DEADLINE: May 3, 2013.

Experience the Commons at Commencement! A limited amount of campus housing has been made available for use by parents and guests at Commencement. (You must be 18 (or older) or accompanied by an adult to stay at The Commons.) Hank Ingram House at The Commons will be your home base during Commencement activities. Be right there for THE PARTY and other Commencement activities. Remember: this is dorm-style housing (i.e. with bathrooms and showers down the hall and no maid service). Rooms include broadband internet access. For additional information about housing on campus, contact the Office of Conferences at 615-343-8699.

Rooms available in 1, 2 or 3 night packages: Wednesday-Friday, May 8-10. Each room has two single beds. Accommodations may be single or double occupancy. Check-out by 1 p.m. CST on Saturday, May 11.

Note: A photo ID is all that is required for check-in. There are no printed tickets.

Commencement Box Lunch

PURCHASE DEADLINE: May 3, 2013

For $10.00, we are offering a box lunch to graduates and guests on Thursday after the Senior Day Speaker and on Friday after the Commencement Ceremonies. Pre-ordered boxed lunches may be picked up in the Rand Hall Dining Center from 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.

Note: A photo ID is all that is required to pick up box lunches. There are no printed tickets.

Tickets purchased online November 18-April 27 will be processed within 2 days of the order. Tickets will be mailed starting the first week of March, 2013 to the address you provide below. No tickets will be available online after April 30.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds of all event tickets purchased including box lunch orders and Commons room reservations will be available, if received by May 1. THE PARTY tickets must be returned before a refund will be issued. Please email commencement-tickets@vanderbilt.edu for further details
