Regalia (Cap and Gown)
ORDER DEADLINE – April 8, 2016
Caps and gowns must be worn by all ceremony participants. Ordering late jeopardizes appropriate delivery of regalia and incurs a late fee. Students MUST have regalia to walk in the ceremony without exception. You may view regalia styles HERE.
All Masters/Doctors/Ph.D. candidates who would like to purchase their regalia instead of renting, click here or call Oak Hall at 1-800-223-0429.

RETURN DEADLINE – Monday, May 16 by noon
Bachelors keep or recycle gown, keep tassel and cap for souvenir. Masters keep tassel and cap, return hood and gown. All Doctors return gown, tam with tassel and hood.
For those undergraduate students who would like to recycle their gown, there will be large marked recycling containers set up around campus for collection. The recycle bins are only for undergraduates; they will not be suitable for regalia returns. For those graduate/professional students who rent regalia, it should only be returned to the Barnes & Noble at Vanderbilt by Monday, May 16th, at Noon.
Herff-Jones is the provider of Vanderbilt University’s official Commencement announcements. Announcements purchased by April 15 will arrive in time to mail before Commencement.

As an emblem of your achievements, the Alumni Association is proud to offer the Official Vanderbilt University Class Ring. The ring symbolizes an indelible, tangible connection the Vanderbilt’s past, present and future. It is reserved exclusively for students who have completed at least 60 credit hours and are in good standing with the university, and students in the final year of their professional or graduate degrees. Each graduating student gains free admission at the door with their Vanderbilt student I.D. Children 12 years of age and under do not require a ticket.

Commodore Ballroom Buffet Lunch
The reservation deadline is Tuesday, April 26, 2016.
Avoid making lunch reservations off campus and enjoy our upscale buffet lunch in the Commodore Ballroom at the Student Life Center. Your reservation will include buffet lunch, featuring an array of food stations and seating times to accommodate your busy schedule. For a full menu listing, click here.
Reservations will be accepted for Friday, May 13, 2016 beginning at 12 p.m.
You may choose to be seated at 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., or 2:00 p.m.

Children: (ages 6-12) $12 per person plus tax
Children 5 and under - no charge
*Cocktail packages may be added to any reservation or bottles of champagne for the tables.

Vanderbilt Value Meals
Reservation deadline is Friday, May 6, 2016.
Vanderbilt Value Meals may be purchased in advance for breakfast and lunch for Thursday, May 12-Friday, May 13.
PRICE: $8 per person plus tax.

Accommodations at the Commons
The Vanderbilt University Office of Conferences is offering on campus housing during the 2016 Commencement activities.
Commencement guests will have the opportunity to stay in Hank Ingram House, the newest and one of the most beautiful, state-of-the-art residence halls on campus. Nightly rates are only $99 per night (includes taxes and fees), single or double occupancy. Rooms are available for the nights of May 11, 12 and 13, 2016. There is no minimum stay required. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hank Ingram House is fully ADA compliant. View more information about Accommodations at the Commons.

Complimentary programs are available at the Commencement ceremony. You can order additional copies of programs from previous years or additional copies of the current year. Pricing is based on the quantity you order and the shipping costs involved. Shipping rates are listed on the ordering page and will be calculated at checkout based upon selections. There is a 10 program limit on all online orders.
Programs are $2.00 each plus the cost of shipping*.
*Tennessee customers will be charged Tennessee sales tax (9.25%)

Commodore Yearbook and Parent Congratulatory Ads
We are now taking orders for the 2015-16 Commodore Yearbook and Parent Congratulatory Ads to appear in the yearbook.
Simply visit The Commodore Yearbook to place your order and also reserve your Parent Congratulatory Ad spot. You can reserve your space now to make sure you have one and then submit your ad text and photo(s) by May 15th. You will also find information throughout the year on yearbook and resume portrait dates and times for your student to take their Yearbook/Resume portraits.
WE WANT YOUR VU PHOTOS PARENTS and STUDENTS! We are also inviting parents, families, students, faculty, staff and Vanderbilt community members to submit photos of Vandy events that they attend to our Scrapbook section. If you are attending events on campus such as Move-in Weekend, Homecoming, Parent and Family Weekend, Rites of Spring, Commencement or just making a family visit on a quiet weekend, we hope to include your photos in the yearbook.
