Housing at the Commons
The Vanderbilt University Office of Conferences is offering on campus housing during the 2012 Commencement activities. Commencement guests will have the opportunity to stay in Hank Ingram House, the newest and one of the most beautiful, state-of-the-art residence halls on campus. Nightly rates are only $99 per night, single or double occupancy. Rooms are available for the nights of May 8, 9 and 10, 2013. There is no minimum night stay required. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hank Ingram House is fully ADA compliant. View more information about Housing at the Commons. The reservation deadline is May 3, 2013.

Commencement 2013 On-Campus Dining Hours
Chef James Bistro (Sarratt Student Center) - offers a variety of gourmet entrees and sides, soup, coffee and grab and go meals.
- May 7-8: 7 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- May 9: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- May 10: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Rand Dining Center (Sarratt Student Center) – offers coffee, breakfast, and lunch including salad bar, deli sandwiches, world cuisine, Mexican and burgers.
- May 9: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. (boxed lunch pickup 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.)
- May 10: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. (boxed lunch pickup 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.)
Campus Store (Sarratt Student Center) – located on the second floor outside of Rand Dining Center, offers convenience items, bottled beverages, snacks and grab-and-go items such as sandwiches and salads.
- May 6-9: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- May 10: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The Commons (Peabody) – offers coffee, breakfast, and lunch including salad bar, grill featuring chicken and burgers, pasta, pizza oven, chef’s table, wok and deli sandwiches.
- May 6-10, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Common Grounds (The Commons) – coffee shop/store offering grab-and-go meals, beverages, snacks, and sundries.
- May 6-10, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Varsity Towers (First Floor – Carmichael Towers East) – offers convenience items, coffee, bottled and fountain beverages, snacks and grab-and-go items such as sandwiches, salads, fruit and more.
- May 6-10: 3 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Varsity Morgan (First Floor Morgan) – offers convenience items, coffee, bottled and fountain beverages, snacks and grab and go items such as sandwiches, salads, fruit and more.
- May 6-10: 3 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Food for Thought Cafe (First Floor, Main Library) – coffee shop offering grab & go meals, hot soup and panini of the day, beverages, snacks, and pastries.
- May 6-9, 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- May 10, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Box Lunches
Order box lunches for Thursday and/or Friday. The reservation deadline is May 3, 2013.
Private Receptions
Let us host your reception. It is the most convenient way to celebrate on campus. Get more information here. The reservation deadline is April 12.
